WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

If you're outside these countries and would like to order, email justonerep.store@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

SHIPPING COSTS
United Arab Emirates
- Standard shipping: AED 20
- Free on orders over AED 150

United States
- Standard shipping: $4.99
- Free on orders over $49

HOW LONG DELIVERY TAKES
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

After processing:
- United Arab Emirates: 7-12 business days
- United States: 10-16 business days

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We'd rather be honest than fast. Our items ship from our supplier network, which means delivery takes longer than a local warehouse would. We tell you the real timeframe up front so there are no surprises.

TRACKING
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email justonerep.store@gmail.com.

DELAYS
Occasionally customs or local postal services cause delays outside our control. If your order is more than 7 days past the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate or refund you.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
UAE orders: no additional charges.

US orders: any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your government, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We can only ship one order to one address. To send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
